Brianna Balli is Director of Software Support and Partner for QLAdmin Solutions. Brianna has a strong background in life insurance and supplemental benefits, policy administration management, and client technical support.

With more than ten years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, her contributions to the training and development of the support team and the expedited service delivered to clients have been exceptional. Brianna skillfully leads employee and client training sessions and works as part of the onboarding team for new clients.

Brianna holds a Masters in Management degree from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas. Brianna has twin sons, loves spending time outdoors, and cherishes time spent with family and friends.
