QLAdmin Year in Review

Kat Correa • Dec 19, 2019

Let's recap as we look forward to 2020!

As we look forward to 2020, we want to say what a pleasure it has been to get to know you and your companies. Whether visiting you in person at an event or meeting, doing an online system demo or training, or simply catching up on the phone, please know we appreciate you.

Three new clients made for a very busy year.

We welcomed three new clients to the QLAdmin family this year, each with its own market niche.

  • William Penn Association (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a fraternal company offering traditional products to its 28,000 members.
  • International American Life (San Antonio, Texas) is in the pre-arranged funeral contract market.
  • Delta Life Insurance (Atlanta, Georgia) is in the home service market with ten branch locations throughout Georgia.

QLAdmin was ranked as a Top 10 policy admin provider.

Insurance CIO Outlook magazine included QLAdmin Solutions on their 2019 list of Top 10 life insurance policy administration systems. Read the company spotlight.

The QLAdmin YouTube channel was relaunched with more content.

Seven new client testimonial videos were released this year with several more in production right now. Client opinions are unscripted and highlight the many ways the QLAdmin system and related tools help them serve their agents and policyholders. View our client videos.

And finally, here is our favorite quote heard at an industry meeting this year.

"Without change, there would be no butterflies." Change happens. In fact, it's happening right now, all around us, both good change and bad. What are you doing to seize opportunities while mitigating risk? How often do you stop and look up to see how those changes have changed?

On the final morning of this year's LIC Technology and Project Management committee meetingin Austin, Texas, we gathered all QLAdmin clients for a group photo. LIC is always a good time.

Not pictured is Susan Thomas of Texas Service Life, and gracious host of this year's meeting.

We wish you a happy and joyous holiday season, and a Happy New Year!
